Description of Duties & Responsibilities
- Qualify new and existing customers and carriers
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and carriers
- Book appointments and monitor driver/load status
- Negotiate customer and carrier rates
- Assist sales staff with resolving collection issues
- Effectively operate standard office equipment
- Perform all general freight transportation duties
